Beaches surround the area. There are plenty of beaches and some are marvellous. Tarare (nudist beach certified by the FFN) is just a short walk away (1.5 miles).
The surrounding area offers various activities such as diving, fishing, horse riding, not to mention the discovery of local culture and customs.
If surfing is your sport, you'll enjoy the challenge of the beach at the “Pointe des Châteaux” and “Le Moule”.
